PATIENTS' RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You should register with a GP practice
2. You should attend any GP, dental, optical, hospital or clinic appointments that have been arranged.
3. You should use health services responsibly.
4. Only go to your local accident and emergency department (A&E) in an emergency
5. If you think your life or someone else’s life is in danger, always phone 999 and ask for an ambulance.

PRACTICE ACTION TO VIOLENT BEHAVIOUR:
Please be aware that where a patient is violent or abusive to any member of the Bennochy Medical Centre team or associate staff, the patient may be:
1. Excluded from the premises.
2. Asked to sign an Acceptable Behaviour Agreement.
3. Reported to the Police.
4. Removed from the Practice List.
