Results of Investigations (X-rays, Blood tests etc.)

Please telephone the practice on 01592 263332 any working day after 2.00pm. If advised, please arrange an appointment to discuss the results with a member of our clinical team.

If you wish a copy of your results, you will need to complete a Subject Access Request document and hand in to reception. Copies of results can take up to 28 days to process.
