Patient Registration
Due to the large number of patients registered at all Practices in Kirkcaldy, we unfortunately cannot currently accept any new registrations direct to the practice, with the exception of new babies and partners of those already registered at this practice.
Please contact Practitioner Services in Edinburgh on 0845 300 1216, who will allocate you with a Practice in Kirkcaldy.
Alternatively, you can download from the link below an assignment form and instructions, this should then be returned to Practitioner Services in Edinburgh.
