Make an appointment
If you have a medical issue that requires attention, please call the surgery where the reception team will take details and ensure you are directed to the best available person to help you. It is important that you give the receptionist the reason for your call so that you are signposted correctly.
EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS
Several appointments are available during our opening hours for more urgent problems. You may request an Urgent Appointment by calling the practice at 8.00am. A member of our practice team will arrange to have your symptoms reviewed by a clinician and you will be contacted again with advice / treatment or an appointment, as appropriate.
HOME VISITS
If you are housebound, unable to attend the surgery and would like to request a home visit, please call before 9.30am. Requests for visits after this time should be for genuine emergencies only.
