Order a repeat prescription
Patients taking long term medication can obtain repeat prescriptions by handing a written request in to the surgery or their pharmacy, or re-order via the Patient Access website or app.
For a variety of safety and audit reasons, repeat requests must be made in writing.
Please do not use the telephone for repeat prescriptions as this blocks the telephone and prevents people who are ill from contacting the surgery.
We recommend submitting your repeat request 7-10 days prior to requiring the medication to allow for adequate processing time.
If you are unable to visit the practice or pharmacy, please post a request to us with a stamped, self-addressed envelope (SAE) and we will post the prescription back to you.
